Ipic Group

Ipic Group works from Shop 28 at Ipic Shopping Centre Aurora, on the corner of Aurora and Burton Street in Durbanville. This is the property and asset management business that owns and runs the centre itself.

The group was founded in June 2004 by Rian Maartens, who is still the CEO, and it now holds nine shopping centres, among them Aurora, Sonstraal, Kenridge, Soneike, Die Boord, Hermanus and Vredenburg. It is organised into three divisions: Ipic Investments, Ipic Active and Ipic Help.
